Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Fern & Co.! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience with clean and high-quality products. Please review our return policy below:

Nonreturnable Items

• Due to the nature of our food and consumable items, we cannot accept returns on these products to maintain safety and quality standards.

Damaged Items in Transit

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement, if available, or issue a store credit for the value of the damaged items.

• To qualify, please send clear photos that show the damage to the product and packaging so we can better assist you.

For custom merchandise made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or style selections, nor for changes of mind after purchase. However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a complimentary reprint or a refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide a clear photo of the issue using our “Contact” form.

Important Notes:

• For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, please include additional photos showing all affected products together.

• Our partner does not assume responsibility for orders placed in the wrong size or color. In the case of unsuccessful deliveries, you may opt for a reprint at an additional cost or a partial refund.

• Please note that minor variations in print placement (within a 0.5" tolerance) are considered normal and are not classified as defects.
